This notice explains what we do with personal data when you buy or use Quantum Engine. It covers the Site and the Software. It does not cover Lemon Squeezy, who are a separate controller for the payment itself.

01What we collect, and why
When you buy
Lemon Squeezy takes your payment and your billing details. We never see your card number. What reaches us from Lemon Squeezy, through a signed webhook, is:
- your email address;
- the plan you bought and the number of MT5 accounts it allows;
- your order ID, customer ID and subscription ID at Lemon Squeezy;
- the status of your subscription (active, cancelled, expired).
We generate a licence key and store it with those fields. The legal basis is performance of our contract with you: without this we cannot issue or verify a licence.
When you run the Software
The Software contacts our licence service to check that your licence is valid and is being used within the number of accounts your plan allows. That check sends your licence email and MT5 account number. We use it only to validate the licence.
The Software also reads market data from your broker and from our data service. Market data is not personal data and we do not store your trades, positions, balance or account history.
When you visit the Site
The Site is served by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes request data — including your IP address — to deliver the page and to protect against abuse. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics profiling on the Site.
When you email us
We keep the message and your address so we can answer and keep a record of support history.
02Who we share it with
- Lemon Squeezy
- Merchant of Record. Takes payment, handles tax, sends receipts. Their own privacy policy applies.
- Cloudflare
- Hosts the Site and the licence service, and stores the licence record.
- Resend
- Sends your licence email. Receives your email address and the message.
That is the whole list. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for advertising. We will disclose data if the law requires it.
03Where it is stored, and for how long
Licence records are stored in Cloudflare’s distributed storage and may be held on servers outside the European Economic Area. Transfers outside the EEA rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses in our providers’ terms.
We keep your licence record for as long as your subscription is active and for 24 months after it ends, so we can reinstate a licence, answer a dispute and meet accounting duties. Short-lived technical records, such as the duplicate-event keys used to stop a webhook being processed twice, are deleted automatically after 7 days. Support email is kept for 24 months.
04Your rights
If the GDPR applies to you, you may ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, or send it to another provider. Write to support@forexwalls.com and we will answer within one month.
Deleting your licence record ends your ability to run the Software, because the licence check has nothing left to verify. We will say so before acting on a deletion request made while a subscription is still active.
You may also complain to your data protection authority. In Bulgaria that is the Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg).
05Cookies
The Site itself sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary cookie to keep the service secure. The checkout runs on Lemon Squeezy’s own domain and their cookie policy applies there.
06Security
Licence data is held in access-controlled storage. Webhooks from Lemon Squeezy are verified with an HMAC-SHA256 signature before we act on them, so a forged message cannot create a licence. Our API keys are stored as encrypted secrets and are never exposed in the Site’s code.
No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects your data and poses a risk to you, we will tell you and the supervisory authority as the law requires.
07Children
Quantum Engine is not sold to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
08Changes
If we change this notice we will update the effective date above, and email active subscribers if the change is material.
