This policy sits alongside the Terms of Service. It explains when you get your money back, and how. It is written to be read before you buy, not after.
01The short version
- 14-day free trial first — cancel during it and nothing is charged.
- 14 days to change your mind on a first purchase, under the conditions below.
- Cancel any time. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the month you are in.
- If it will not run for you, we refund it — even past 14 days, if the fault is ours.
- We never refund because the market went against you. ForexWalls Terminal is an analysis tool, not a prediction, and it is sold on that basis.
0214 days to change your mind
We give every first-time subscriber 14 days to change their mind.
We give you the 14 days anyway, on a first purchase, provided that:
- you ask within 14 days of your first payment (after the free trial, that is the first charge on day 15);
- this is your first subscription with us — the window does not reopen on a renewal, or on a second purchase after a refund;
- you have not breached the licence (sharing a key, bypassing the licence check, redistributing the Software).
03If the Software will not run
If ForexWalls Terminal cannot be made to work on your setup and the cause is a defect on our side, we refund the current period in full, whenever that happens — the 14 days do not apply.
Work with us first: email support@forexwalls.com with your licence email, your MetaTrader 5 build, your broker, and a screenshot of the problem. Most failures are a WebRequest permission or an Algo Trading setting and take minutes to fix.
Two cases that are not a defect, and are handled case by case rather than automatically:
- Your broker blocks what the Software needs — for example it will not allow
WebRequest, or it does not offer the symbols you wanted. We will try to help, and if the plan is genuinely unusable for you we will normally refund the current period. - Your machine does not meet the requirements listed in the documentation. Please check them before buying.
04What we do not refund
- Trading losses. No tool can prevent them, and nothing we publish claims otherwise.
- Dissatisfaction with signals or readings. The Software reports what its models compute; that is the product.
- Renewals you forgot to cancel, once the period has started. Cancel before the renewal date and nothing is charged. If a renewal catches you out within 48 hours and you have not used the Software in that period, write to us — we will usually sort it out.
- Periods already used, in part or in full, after the 14-day window.
- Any subscription terminated for breach of the licence terms.
05How to request one
To ask for a refund, email support@forexwalls.com from the address you bought with, and tell us the date of the payment or the receipt number from your Stripe receipt e-mail and the reason.
We answer within 2 business days. If we approve it, we issue the refund through Stripe to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your licence is deactivated when the refund is issued, and you must remove the Software from your terminals.
06Chargebacks
Please talk to us before opening a chargeback. A chargeback freezes the case with the payment provider and takes far longer than an email. Opening one permanently deactivates the licence.
07Who pays you back
Payments and refunds are processed by Stripe for Get Property EOOD, the seller. The charge on your statement reads FOREXWALLS.COM, and a refund goes back to the same card.
08Your statutory rights
Nothing here reduces the rights consumer law gives you. If this policy is more generous than the law, this policy applies; if the law is more generous, the law applies.
