Withdraw from contract

Use this form to withdraw from your ForexWalls Terminal contract. You receive a confirmation e-mail with your statement and the exact date and time straight away.

This form is how you exercise the withdrawal described in our Refund Policy: 14 days on a first purchase, counted from the original payment. Withdrawing ends your subscription and deactivates the licence. If a refund is due, Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, returns the money to your original payment method.

The confirmation is sent to the e-mail above. Nothing is charged or changed until we process your request.

01What happens next

  1. You receive the confirmation e-mail with the date and time of your statement.
  2. We check it against our Refund Policy and reply within 2 business days.
  3. If a refund is due, Lemon Squeezy issues it in full to your original payment method — usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Your subscription is cancelled and the licence deactivated.
